Master Concept Plan definition

Master Concept Plan means that certain plan the Developer prepared for the Project which was approved by the Board of Aldermen in Resolution R-23-088, on April 11, 2023. By its approval of this Agreement, the Board of Aldermen has amended the Master Concept Plan as referenced in Section 14 below. A copy of the Master Concept Plan, as amended, is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Master Concept Plan means preliminary site and development plans including, at a minimum and without limitation, a preliminary site plan/concept plan for the entire Property together with an estimated timeline for development and construction of the entire Property and also together with architectural and site design standards, for a mixed-use development.
Master Concept Plan means a parallel study conducted by consultants for the Toronto Zoo in a parallel with the successful Proponent of this RFP, to develop a plan to implement forward-thinking analysis incorporating the Zoo’s Mission and Vision, goals and objectives with respect to animal care, existing structures and site conditions, sustainability, conservation, education, visitor experiences and infrastructure needs.

  • It is acknowledged and agreed by City and Co-Developers that the Master Concept Plan is subject to additional modification upon mutual agreement of the parties prior to execution of the Definitive Agreements.

  • Other: The project shall be built substantially as shown in the Master Concept Plan and in general conformance with Co-Developer’s proposal in design and quality, subject to City staff review and the Definitive Agreements.

  • Subject to the provisions of condition 10.1, Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under the warranty described in this condition shall be, at Miraclon’s option, (1) re -performance of the non-conforming Professional Services, or (2) refund of the amount paid by Customer for the non-conforming Professional Services.

  • A drawing depicting the Development, subject to those limitations contained in the Resolution, is a part of the CPD and is called the Master Concept Plan (“MCP”).

  • Lot 2, Block A: Approximately 1.976 acres Stand-alone retail/restaurant/entertainment operation as shown on the latest Master Concept Plan with a minimum twenty percent (20%) of the total lot area to serve as public open space.
