Master Class definition

Master Class means an individual motorsport training session including a two- lap drive on the Sochi Autodrom track:

More Definitions of Master Class

Master Class means any one or multiple Data Artistry Master Classes – as per the Overview and Description document.
Master Class means any teaching activity performed by an ARTIST with respect to non-company members for the purposes of giving instruction and criticism. Such activity shall not exceed ninety (90) minutes in duration and shall be calculated at the hourly rate. Any ARTIST teaching a Master Class will be compensated an additional seventy-five dollars ($75) per class. Payment for teaching a Master Class is in addition to any compensation or otherwise applicable Overtime or Penalty payments as specified in this Agreement. This provision shall not apply to instruction performed for the Washington School of Ballet, unless such instruction is designated and publicized as a Master Class for the Washington School of Ballet.
Master Class means a teaching activity, not to exceed two (2) hours in duration for non-company members for the purpose of giving instruction and criticism.
Master Class means a specialized course for limited duration that is not regularly offered by the hiring entity and is taught by an expert in a recognized field of artistic endeavor who does not work for the hiring entity to teach on a regular basis.
Master Class means any teaching activity performed by a company member to non-company members for the purposes of giving instruction and criticism. Such activity shall not exceed two (2) hours in duration, and the hours shall be counted toward the hours worked in the day and toward hours worked in the week pursuant to Paragraph 23(k)5. Payment for teaching a Master Class, as provided for in Paragraph 16(b)(4), is in addition to any compensation, overtime or penalty payments as otherwise specified in this Agreement.
