Master Certificates definition

Master Certificates means all of the Certificates other than the Class C Subsidiary Certificates.
Master Certificates means the master certificates of deposit that are issued in connection with the CDs.

  • The Class C Master Certificates are being issued in a single class and are hereby designated by the Company as constituting the sole class of "residual interests" in the Master REMIC for purposes of Section 860G(a)(2) of the Code.

  • Upper-Tier Certificate Any one of the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-LR Certificate) and the Class B Certificates.

  • Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Additional Certificates has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(d).
