Pay items of work shall conform to the CITY’s Master Bid Item List.
The Company will post the awards on the revised Master Bid Schedule within two (2) business days.
The Master Bid Schedule will be date stamped when posted on the bulletin board.
Borrower shall execute a Master Bid Rate Note --------------------- in the form of Exhibit B hereto in favor of each Bank.
The Master Bid Rate Note of each Bank shall evidence the outstanding principal amount of Bid Rate Loans made by such Bank, and shall be dated the first day of the Availability Period.

Specifications shall be cohesive to the project Construction Cost Estimate (in City’s Master Bid List format).
Design Professional will prepare final level construction cost estimate in excel file following the same format as the City’s latest Master Bid List.
