Master Artwork Text means the specific text for all items of labeling, including but not limited to all packaging, labels and markings to be provided by VisiJet and utilized by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in connection with the manufacture of the Product.

Master Artwork Text means the specific text or graphics for all items of labeling, including, but not limited to all special packaging, labels, markings and graphical screen representations, if any, to be included in the GUI. All of the same to be provided by SONOMED at its cost and expense and utilized by OTI in connection with the packaging and labeling of the PRODUCT.

Examples of Master Artwork Text in a sentence

  • VisiJet shall develop and provide the Master Artwork Text in label or printed form no less than ten (10) Business Days prior to the shipment of the demonstration Systems referred to in Section 3.3 and Section 5.4 above.

  • VisiJet shall develop and provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with print quality Master Artwork Text for use with all subsequent Products to be delivered under this Agreement no less than twenty (20) Business Days prior to the delivery date specified in VisiJet's subsequent Firm Order.

  • The Master Artwork Text shall become incorporated as part of the Specifications and shall not be altered in any way by CIBA without the prior written consent of UNILENS.

  • SONOMED shall develop and provide Master Artwork Text no less than thirty (30) Business Days prior to the delivery date specified in SONOMED's initial Delivery Order.

  • If SONOMED requires special packaging with SONOMED's designated brand names, model numbers and Master Artwork Text it shall either provide for it at its cost or pay OTI for it.
