Massachusetts Subprime Loan means a Mortgage Loan to a Mortgagor with a FICO Score of [***] or less at the time of origination if such Mortgage Loan is secured by a residence located in Massachusetts or made to a Mortgagor whose primary residence is in Massachusetts.
