Mass Tech Collaborative will not reimburse for any alcoholic beverages.
As a result, any information submitted to the Mass Tech Collaborative by a grant applicant, recipient grantee, respondent to a request for response (including, but not limited to an RFQ, RFP and RFI), contractor, or any other party (collectively the “Submitting Party”) is subject to public disclosure as set forth in the Public Records Act.
When Sensitive Information is communicated to any person outside the Mass Tech Collaborative, the individual receiving such information should be informed of its sensitive nature and the need to safeguard such information from improper use and disclosure.

For purposes of the Public Records Act, “public records” include all books, papers, maps, photographs, recorded tapes, financial statements, statistical tabulations, or other documentary materials or data, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received by the Mass Tech Collaborative.
Mass Tech Collaborative, the Commonwealth and their respective duly authorized representatives or designees shall have the right at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, to examine and copy the books, records, and other compilations of data of Contractor which pertain to the provisions and requirements of the Agreement.
Contractor acknowledges that expeditious completion of Contractor's services and the expeditious delivery of related deliverables is of the utmost importance to Mass Tech Collaborative.
Mass Tech Collaborative's policies shall not be construed as a contractual undertaking of any kind, and Contractor specifically acknowledges that it bears the risk that any material submitted by Contractor to Mass Tech Collaborative pursuant to this Agreement may be deemed not to qualify for a public records exemption.
Mass Tech Collaborative may terminate the Agreement without cause at any time upon provision of written notice to Contractor at least seven (7) calendar days before the effective date of such termination.
