Mass Grading definition

Mass Grading means the movement of earth by mechanical means to alter the gross topographic features (elevations, slopes, etc.) to prepare a site for final grading and the construction of facilities (buildings, roads, parking, etc.).
Mass Grading or “Mass Graded” shall mean contiguous grading which will support multiple lots and that will alter the existing landform.
Mass Grading means the movement of more than 5,000 cubic yards of soil by mechanical means to alter the topographic features of a site.
