mass caterers means the entities referred to in Article 1(2) of Directive 2000/13/EC;

  • Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants.   • NOC means Network and Support Operating Centre.

  • Diameter at breast height (dbh) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.

  • Low terrain means any area other than high terrain.

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Access Credentials means any username, identification number, password, license or security key, security token, PIN or other security code, method, technology or device used, alone or in combination, to verify an individual’s identity and authorization to access and use Hosted Services.
