MASLAND definition

MASLAND means any corporation or limited liability company that is hereafter formed by Borrower and that acquires the assets and assumes the liabilities of the Masland division of Borrower, so long as such corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Borrower.
MASLAND means Masland Carpets, Inc., an Alabama corporation and a wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Borrower.
