Marriott System means the chain of full-service hotels in the United States which are operated by Submanager (or one of its Affiliates) under the Trade Name of "Marriott".

  • Arrange for and supervise public relations and advertising, prepare marketing plans, and make available to the Hotel the benefits of various marketing programs in use in the Marriott System as they may exist from time to time, such as the Marriott Rewards Program.

  • If the name of the "Residence Inn by Marriott" System is changed, Manager will change the name of each Inn to conform thereto.

  • Manager shall manage each Inn under standards comparable to those prevailing in other inns in the "Residence Inn by Marriott" System, including all activities in connection therewith which are customary and usual to such an operation.

  • Submanager shall have the right to remove from the Hotel without compensation to Primary Manager, Owner or Wyndham any Software (including upgrades and replacements), including, without limitation, Software in general use throughout the Marriott System, which is owned by any of the Marriott Companies (or any Affiliates thereof) or the licensor of any of them.

  • Notwithstanding Section 1.02.A, if the name of the Marriott System is changed, Manager will change or will cause Marriott to change the name of the Hotel to conform thereto.
