Marriott Hotel System definition

Marriott Hotel System means the full-service hotel system managed by --------------------- Marriott (or one or more of its Affiliates) which is, as of the Effective Date, operated under the trade name "Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites".
Marriott Hotel System means the chain of full-service hotels and resorts located in the continental United States and Canada, which chain is operated by Marriott (or one or more of its Affiliates) as a distinctive group, the name of which is “Marriott Hotels and Resorts” as of the Effective Date.

  • Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.
