Markout definition

Markout means letters, symbols and marks, as defined in this section, placed on the ground or other surface in order to show the location and characteristics of an underground facility.

  • In the event NTMWD reduces the amount of water its supplies to Forney for any reason, Forney may reduce the amount of water it transports for Mesquite to the Markout Water System by a proportionate amount to NTMWD’s reduction in its supply of water to Forney.

Related to Markout

  • Workout means any written modification, waiver, amendment, restructuring or workout of the Mortgage Loan or the Note entered into with the Mortgage Loan Borrower in accordance with the Servicing Agreement.

  • Enforcement Period means the period of time following the receipt by either the ABL Agent or the Term Agent of an Enforcement Notice from the other and continuing until the earliest of (a) in the case of an Enforcement Period commenced by the Term Agent, the Discharge of Term Obligations, (b) in the case of an Enforcement Period commenced by the ABL Agent, the Discharge of ABL Obligations, or (c) the ABL Agent or the Term Agent (as applicable) terminates, or agrees in writing to terminate, the Enforcement Period.

  • Prepayment Period With respect to any Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • L/C Disbursements a payment or disbursement made by the Issuing Lender pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Repayment Period means the period beginning on the Loan Commencement Date and continuing for 36 calendar months.
