Marketplace Software definition

Marketplace Software means the software (together with any upgrades, enhancements, developments or modifications to the software) provided by or on behalf of Procserve to the Supplier in connection with the Supplier’s use of the Marketplace;

  • Upon any expiration or termination, you will (a) remove the affected Marketplace Software and Supplemental Software from your AWS account and (b) irretrievably destroy all copies in your possession or control of the affected Client Software and of all documentation and other content related to the affected Software.

  • It is specified that upon such payment, the Purchaser shall be released from all its obligations in respect of the payment of the Purchase Price to the Sellers and have no further liability in relation thereto; in particular the Purchaser shall in no event be liable for the payment of any Tax due by any of the Sellers with respect to his/her respective Portion of the Purchase Price.

  • Termination of this Agreement also terminates any agreement under which you obtained Supplemental Software or Client Software, if such agreement was entered for the sole purpose of facilitating your use of Marketplace Software.

  • Subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and restrictions of this Agreement, the Order, and the AWS Terms and Policies, Teradata grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable, subscription-based access to, and use of, the Marketplace Software worldwide (subject to applicable export laws) during the term of this Agreement (as described in Section 4) solely: (a) for Paid Access, to run your internal business operations or (b) for Trial Access, to evaluate the Software.

  • AOL agrees that the Marketplace Services described in the agreement to which these Standard Terms and Conditions are attached ("Agreement"), and the Marketplace Software Product with respect to which the Marketplace Services are being provided, are based upon proprietary information which is the exclusive property of and owned by PurchasePro and are treated as confidential ("Confidential Information").

  • Subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and restrictions of this Agreement, the Order, and the AWS Terms and Policies, Teradata grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited-term, license to install and use the Client Software worldwide (subject to applicable export laws) during the term of this Agreement (as described in Section 4) on your computer(s) solely for purposes of facilitating your permitted use of the Marketplace Software.

  • Subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and restrictions of this Agreement, the Order, and the AWS Terms and Policies, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ grants you non- exclusive, non-transferable, subscription-based access to, and use of, the Marketplace Software worldwide (subject to applicable export laws) during the term of this Agreement (as described in Section 4) solely: (a) for Paid Access, to run your internal business operations or (b) for Trial Access, to evaluate the Software.

  • Department of State or the Enhanced Proliferation Control Initiative (collectively, "U.S. Export Controls") to become members or to conduct any transactions on AOL's Marketplace, and AOL shall not export or re-export or permit the export or re-export of the Marketplace Software Product in violation of any U.S. Export Control.

  • Subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and restrictions of this Agreement, the Order, and the AWS Terms and Policies, Teradata grants you non-exclusive, non- transferable, limited-term, license to install and use the Client Software worldwide (subject to applicable export laws) during the term of this Agreement (as described in Section 4) on your computer(s) solely for purposes of facilitating your permitted use of the Marketplace Software.
