Upon any expiration or termination, you will (a) remove the affected Marketplace Software and Supplemental Software from your AWS account and (b) irretrievably destroy all copies in your possession or control of the affected Client Software and of all documentation and other content related to the affected Software.
It is specified that upon such payment, the Purchaser shall be released from all its obligations in respect of the payment of the Purchase Price to the Sellers and have no further liability in relation thereto; in particular the Purchaser shall in no event be liable for the payment of any Tax due by any of the Sellers with respect to his/her respective Portion of the Purchase Price.
