Marketing Document definition

Marketing Document means the term sheet for the Offering dated November 7, 2022, the template version of which has been agreed to between the Company and the Underwriters;
Marketing Document is defined in Section 6.16(a).
Marketing Document means the term sheets filed on SEDAR on August 23, 2021 and August 25 2021, which are incorporated by reference into the Prospectus Supplement the "Term Sheets"), and any other marketing materials approved in accordance with Section 7(5);

  • The Fund and the Investment Manager shall provide all Marketing Documents to the Sub-Adviser at least a reasonable period in advance of use for the Sub-Adviser’s review if such Marketing Document contains any changes to the Sub-Adviser Disclosure from a version that the Sub-Adviser had previously reviewed and approved.

  • The Corporation has filed such Marketing Document with the Securities Commissions on or before the day such Marketing Document was first provided to potential purchasers of the Offered Securities.

  • The Company and the Underwriters have approved the template version of the Marketing Document, which complies with Applicable Securities Laws, has been filed with each of the Canadian Securities Commissions and will be incorporated by reference into the Canadian Final Prospectus, and other than the Marketing Document, no other Marketing Materials were used by the Company in connection with the Offering.

  • The Buyer hereby represents and warrants to PrimaryMarkets that it has and will retain full responsibility and accepts full liability for any use of any matter or thing in relation to an Asset, presentations, documents and/or related marketing materials in the course of or in connection with the introductions (and subsequent transactions) contemplated under this Agreement (each a Marketing Document) or any information or document that accompanies a Marketing Document.
