Marketed Products definition

Marketed Products means Cardene IV, Cardene SR and Retavase.
Marketed Products mean, collectively, (i) those products identified as currently marketed products on Schedule 1.01(C) and (ii) such other marketed products that have a gross margin of not less than 90% of the average gross margin for all Marketed Products of the immediately preceding year.
