Market Reference definition

Market Reference means the Reference Rate (EURIBOR, EONIA, the CMS Rate, LIBOR, LIBID, LIMEAN or any other reference rate commonly used by financial markets) as indicated in the relevant Final Terms.
Market Reference means the reference rate (EURIBOR, LIBOR, CMS or any other euro zone reference rate commonly used by the financial markets) as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement;
Market Reference means the Reference Rate (EURIBOR, EONIA, the CMS Rate, LIBOR, LIBID, LIMEAN), as indicated in the relevant Final Terms.

Such quotations shall be obtained by or on behalf of the Issuer and provided to the Agent Bank.   • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.

  • Alternative Reference Rate means the rate that the Independent Adviser or the Issuer (as applicable) determines has replaced the relevant Reference Rate in customary market usage in the international debt capital markets for the purposes of determining rates of interest in respect of bonds denominated in the Specified Currency and of a comparable duration to the relevant Interest Period, or, if the Independent Adviser or the Issuer (as applicable) determines that there is no such rate, such other rate as the Independent Adviser or the Issuer (as applicable) determines in its discretion (acting in good faith) is most comparable to the relevant Reference Rate;

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • Right of Reference means a “Right of Reference,” as that term is defined in 21 C.F.R. § 314.3(b) and any comparable right existing under the laws or regulations of any foreign country.

  • Reset Reference Banks means the principal office in the principal financial centre of the Specified Currency of five major banks in the swap, money, securities or other market most closely connected with the relevant Mid-Swap Rate as selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;
