Market Advisor definition
Market Advisor. ’ means a person licensed by the Authority under this Act to conduct the functions of a market advisor under the Rules of a securities exchange;
Market Advisor. National Economic Research Associates, Inc., as market advisor to DOE.
Market Advisor means the market advisor to be appointed by the Issuer with the prior consent of the Noteholders’ Representative.
Examples of Market Advisor in a sentence
If requested by DOE, DOE shall have received a report from the Independent Engineer and/or the Financial and Market Advisor, addressed, and in form and substance satisfactory, to DOE regarding such matters related to the construction, operation or maintenance of the Covered Spokes as DOE may request, including the incurrence and adequacy of budgeted Covered Spokes Costs that are Operating Costs.
DOE shall have received the Financial and Market Advisor Reports addressed to DOE in form and substance satisfactory to it and addressing such matters as may be required by DOE.
