Marine Works definition

Marine Works means Work No.1 E and 1F as described in schedule 1 (Authorised Development) of the DCO;
Marine Works means the scope described in Section 3.5 of Exhibit A.
Marine Works means all work (other than dredging activities) including construction and maintenance works being carried out over marine waters, on the beach and foreshore areas.
