Margo Marks definition
Margo Marks means each trademark, trade name, service mark and paten▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ been registered or for which an applica tio▇ ▇▇r registration is pending in the name of Seller or any of the Subsidiaries, or in which the Seller or any of the Subsidiaries have otherwise acquired rights under any federal, state or Commonwealth laws, including but not limited to the right to use the name "Margo."
