Marginal Headings definition

Marginal Headings. The marginal headings and Article titles to the Articles of this Lease are not a part of this Lease and shall have no effect upon the construction or interpretation of any part hereof. Name: Tenant shall not use the name of the Property or the development in which the Property is situated for any purpose other than as an address of the business to be conducted by the Tenant in the Premises, or other associated educational purposes. Plats and Riders: Clauses, plats and riders, if any, signed by the Landlord and the Tenant and endorsed on or affixed to this Lease are a part hereof.
