After giving effect to each new Transaction, the aggregate outstanding amount of the Purchase Price shall not exceed the Margin Market Value of the Note then in effect.
Further, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no Transaction shall be entered into with respect to any Mortgage Loan in excess of the Purchase Price of such Mortgage Loan, or if after giving effect to such Transaction, the Purchase Price of the applicable Purchased Loan exceeds or would exceed the Margin Market Value of such Purchased Loan as of the applicable Purchase Date.
