Margin Market Value definition

Margin Market Value means, with respect to any Purchased Loan, the product of (A) the Market Value of such Purchased Loan and (B) the Buyer’s Margin Percentage of such Purchased Loan.

  • After giving effect to each new Transaction, the aggregate outstanding amount of the Purchase Price shall not exceed the Margin Market Value of the Note then in effect.
