Margin Loan Request definition
Margin Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section II(c) of this Margin Annex.
Examples of Margin Loan Request in a sentence
If Galaxy accepts the Margin Loan Request, Galaxy will provide Customer a term sheet specifying the terms of each Margin Loan (a “Term Sheet”).
In the event that a Margin Loan Request is expired and rejected pursuant to the preceding sentence, Galaxy may charge Customer an interest fee, in an amount determined by Galaxy in its sole discretion, as compensation for Galaxy’s efforts to allocate assets in anticipation of fulfilling the Margin Loan Request.
The Margin Loan Request must specify the amount and type of Digital Asset or Fiat Currency for the Margin Loan.
If Customer fails to deliver the executed Term Sheet to Galaxy within one (1) Business Day, Galaxy may, in its sole discretion, deem the Margin Loan Request expired and rejected.
