Margin Indebtedness definition

Margin Indebtedness has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(l).
Margin Indebtedness means Unsecured Indebtedness arising from credit extended to the Borrower on a secured basis to acquire Margin Stock in compliance with Regulation T or U.
