Margin Financing Facility definition
Margin Financing Facility means the Margin Financing Facility which CGS-CIMB may from time to time offer or make available to the Client at the Client’s request subject to these terms and conditions and such further terms and conditions that CGS-CIMB may from time to time stipulate;
Margin Financing Facility means, a margin financing facility granted by CGS-CIMB to the Client for the purposes of extending credit to the Client to undertake Transactions in Securities;
Margin Financing Facility means the revolving credit facility to be made available from time to time by the Company to the Client subject to the provisions of these Supplemental Terms and Conditions; and 「保证金融资贷款」指在本补充条款及细则的条文规限下，由本公司不时向客户提供的循环信用贷款；及
