The Recipient shall, through the Central Project Coordinating Unit at MARD, establish and, throughout the period of implementation of the Project, maintain a computerized accounting system acceptable to the Bank; said system to enable it to: (a) classify disbursements under the Project by Project components and sub-components, expenditure categories, sources of fund and location; and (b) record and analyze transactions in the Special Account.
Monitoring and control of pests must be carried out under the guidance of technical personnel knowledgeable in phytosanitary aspects, and the technical personnel should be trained by MARD or MARD authorized institutions.
The comprehensive management measures for these pests must be approved by MARD and provided by MARD to GACC upon request before trade starts.
