Maps API definition

Maps API means the Documented API that enables You to add mapping functionality to Applications.
Maps API means the Documented API that enables You to add mapping functionality to Applications. “Program Requirements” mean the technical, human interface, design, product category, security, performance, and other criteria and requirements specified by Apple, including but not limited to the current set of requirements set forth in Section 3.3, as they may be modified from time to time by Apple in accordance with this Agreement.
Maps API means any of the Program Materials we make available to enable the use of mapping-related features within your Content. Portions of the Maps API are provided by HERE North America, LLC or its affiliates (“HERE”) and your use of the Maps API is subject to the HERE Materials Terms and Conditions, which are available at h▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇-conditions-base (the “HERE Terms”). If you access or use the Maps API (including through Amazon Maps redirection), you agree to and must comply with the HERE Terms (in addition to the terms of the Agreement), and HERE and its affiliates are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement solely for the purpose of enforcing the HERE Terms against you. Our provision of the Maps API to you constitutes a “Separate Offering” as defined in the HERE Terms. Solely with respect to HERE’s enforcement of the HERE Terms in connection with the Maps API, the HERE Terms shall govern in the event of a conflict between the HERE Terms and this Agreement.

Examples of Maps API in a sentence

  • Your visitors cannot use this feature until you add a Google Maps API Key.

  • Certain features and functionality of the PeoplesHR Software requires the Customer to purchase third party products and services including but not limited to Google Maps API and Microsoft Azure AI services.

  • The map data provided to You via the App and otherwise in connection with the Services is based on the current map information available to Veo by one or more third parties (currently through the incorporation Google Maps API, but subject to change at any time in Veo’s sole discretion) and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

  • By using Google Maps API, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service.

  • If the Cloud Service accesses the GM Service through a Google Maps API, Customer’s use of the GM Service is subject to Google’s Terms of Service, which are set forth at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/intl/en/policies/terms/.

  • Your use of the Bing Maps API and associated content is also subject to the additional terms and conditions at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/fwlink/?LinkId=21969.

  • You are solely responsible for any and all fees that Google may assess related to your use or implementation of the Google Maps API.
