Updates to the Mapping Information shall be provided by the County to the Police Services Board, at minimum, on a quarterly basis in the months of February, May, August, and November.
The Parties agree that the County shall be responsible for any liability arising out of claims for bodily injury, death, property damage or other injury to anyone for any claim, demand or action against the Police Board, the County or Strathroy-Caradoc, and/or each of their Councillors, officers, employees agents or consultants, which are caused by inaccurate Mapping Information (as defined in section 20 herein) or otherwise arises from its own negligence.
