MAPC definition

MAPC means any multipotent adult progenitor cell, including without limitation those described in the Patent Rights listed on Schedule 1.33 or described in any Patent Rights that claim priority to any such Patent Rights listed on Schedule 1.33.
MAPC means any multipotent adult progenitor cell described in ATHX MAPC Background Patents.

Examples of MAPC in a sentence

  • The Vendor shall give MAPC 20 days (twenty) written notice and copies of documentation in the event of any change or cancellation of coverage.

  • There is no relationship of employment or agency between MAPC, on the one hand, and the Vendor on the other, and neither party shall have nor exercise any control or direction over the method by which the other performs its work or functions aside from such control or directions as provided in this AGREEMENT which the parties view as consistent with their independent Vendor relationship.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided in this AGREEMENT, any decision or action by MAPC relating to this AGREEMENT, its operation, or termination, shall be made only by MAPC or its designated representative identified in Exhibit A.

  • Either MAPC or the Vendor may terminate this AGREEMENT for cause upon written notice given by the non-defaulting party.

  • This AGREEMENT, together with its Exhibits, the RFP referenced above and its Addenda, the required supplemental documents and any additional exhibits, constitute the entire AGREEMENT between MAPC and the Vendor with respect to the matters set forth therein and may not be changed (amended, modified or terms waived) except by a writing signed by both parties.

  • Such meeting can be either in person at the MAPC office, or it may be conducted remotely.

  • Vendor agrees that it will meet with MAPC quarterly (or a lesser period of time as determined by MAPC) to discuss the status of any implementation and review any concerns.

  • Vendor shall prepare a written status report and send such written report to MAPC FOUR (4) business days in advance of the meeting.

  • MAPC, Vendor, and Buyer agree to submit their respective jurisdiction and venue to the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to resolve any disputes or disagreements that may arise under any provision of this AGREEMENT.

  • MAPC reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one-year terms ending December 31st, 2022 and December 31st, 2023 respectively.

Related to MAPC

  • BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.

  • DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.

  • EPIC means the estates and protected individuals code, 1998 PA 386, MCL 700.1101 to 700.8206.

  • Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.

  • MPS means the Brooks Macdonald Managed Portfolio Service described in section 8.
