MAP Products definition

MAP Products means all products identified on the MAP Policy Pricing List, as amended from time to time.

  • From time to time, INOX may permit resellers to advertise MAP Products at prices lower than the MAP price - for example, should INOXs lower the wholesale price in a promotional event.

  • It shall be a violation of this MAP Policy to include in any advertising for MAP Products any additional discount, coupon, gift card, or incentive (whether in the form of a special event, promotion, term of doing business or otherwise) that translates into an immediate price reduction, where the cumulative effect would be to reduce the advertised price of any MAP Product below the MAP.

  • Navico will endeavor to provide prior notice of each new MRP or MAP or such change in the MRP Products or the MAP Products, generally not less than five (5) days in advance.

  • While Navico will communicate each MRP and MAP and such change through notice, such Reseller is responsible for making sure that it is aware of the MRP(s), the MAP(s), the MRP Products and the MAP Products that are appropriate in each circumstance.

  • Submitting this application does not authorize Applicant to sell Delta MAP Products on the Requested Website(s), and Delta Faucet Company has no obligation to accept Applicant’s request to sell Delta MAP Products on any or all of the Requested Websites.

  • Navico, at any time, may: (a) vary the Minimum Retail Price for a MRP Product or the Minimum Advertised Price for a MAP Product or (b) add to or delete any or all of the MRP Products and the MAP Products, which may, among other things, be based on whether such product(s) is or are offered or sold under or subject to one or more select Navico program(s) or any other Navico policy or in any other situation announced by Navico from time to time.

  • This MAP Policy applies to all advertisement of MAP Products in any and all media, online and offline, including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines catalogs, mail order catalogs, internet or similar electronic media including websites, forums, email newsletters, email solicitations, television, radio, and public signage.

  • In the event a Reseller violates this MAP policy, BioTE reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to take action to enforce this MAP Policy and to do any of the following: termination of Reseller’s participation in any promotional, rebate, marketing or discount program; termination of Reseller’s ability to purchase or resell the MAP Products; refusal to accept future orders; or termination of Reseller’s ability to supply the MAP Products to anyone that that violates the MAP Policy.

  • Nothing in this MAP Policy shall create or constitute an agreement between BioTE and any of its Resellers as to the price at which any Reseller sells the MAP Products.

  • Resellers are free to set their own resale prices for MAP Products at all times.
