MAP Price definition

MAP Price means the weekly MAP cfr bulk Brazil price ($/t) as published in The Fertilizer Index report Argus Media on behalf of Argus, CRU and FERTECON or, if not so published in such source, its equivalent successor source or any other authoritative source as may be mutually agreed between Buyer and Parent.
MAP Price. The requested Minimum Advertise Price (MAP), if MAP policy is set • Inventory: The quantity of inventory for the given item in a given fulfillment node • Product Images: In addition to a main image, an alternative image and/or swatch image must be provided. Accepted formats are .jpeg, .jpg, and .gif. Images should be 1500 x 1500 pixels or larger • Package Dimensions: Length, width and height, in inches, of the product when in its shippable (i.e. packaged or boxed) configuration
MAP Price means $1.60 per mg of Bulk Drug Substance, based on 1995 values, adjusted for inflation on an annual basis during the term of this Agreement;

Examples of MAP Price in a sentence

  • The Distributor agrees that it will not publish in any advertisement or other form of media, including but not limited to catalogs, mailers, promotional fliers, or Internet or web sites, a price for a Feniex product that is under the MAP Price.

  • Cause Suppliers of the MAP to adjust the MAP Price Discount from time to time as directed by Colonial, when and if necessary, in order to align (i) the total Allocated Value received by Colonial, on behalf of Off-Taker, from this and similar agreements between Off-Taker and other third parties with (ii) the total aggregate amount of the discount delivered to MAP low-income customers.

  • It is a violation of this MAP Policy if a reseller who sells our products within the United States intentionally advertises any MAP Product below its MAP Price (see Pleaser USA MAP Policy for details).

  • Use language or graphics on the Internet that state or suggest that any Alto- Shaam product is being sold at less than the MAP Price, except as allowed above at the shopping-cart level or in response to a specific customer request.

  • Take such actions in coordination with the Off-Taker to cause Suppliers of the MAP, including each Supplier’s responsibility under its electric services agreement, to deliver the MAP Price Discount to the Off-Taker’s MAP’s participating low-income customers, as may be reasonably necessary to maintain the eligibility of the Provider for SMART low-income community solar Adders.

  • This MAP Policy relates to all types of advertisements and online sales described below under “Terms and Conditions under this MAP Policy.” The MAP Policy implements a minimum advertised price ("MAP Price") on all new sales of current Alto- Shaam products.

  • Sponsor hereby grants to APS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use its logos and trademarks, brand names, company names and any other materials (the “Sponsor Marks”) provided to APS: i) during the term of the Agreement to promote and exploit for the Meeting; and ii) following the Meeting in any report, publicity marketing materials, apps or websites, or promotional materials produced for the Meeting, or for archival purposes.

  • Monitor the Allocated Value delivered by Provider and advise Off-Taker to adjust the MAP Price Discount, when and if necessary as may be required, including pursuant to SMART Requirements, to align (i) the total Allocated Value received by Colonial, on behalf of Off-Taker, from this and similar agreements between Off-Taker and other third parties, with (ii) the total aggregate amount of the discount delivered to MAP low-income customers.

  • Provide documentation and information within five (5) business days of request thereof necessary for any required Provider Customer Disclosure Forms and reports to the DOER demonstrating the successful delivery of MAP Price Discounts to participating low-income customers, thereby providing verification of the LISGU’s status as a low-income community shared solar system under the SMART Program.

  • Secure, maintain and present data within five (5) business days of request thereof to a Provider and Off-Taker that may be reasonably requested or that Colonial believes are reasonably required for such Provider’s compliance with DOER’s SMART Requirements, including specifically customer consumption and MAP Price Discount(s), or Off-Taker’s continuation of the Plan.
