Failure to comply with this MAP Policy shall result in termination from the Distributor program.

Retailer acknowledges that Vendor may have a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy in place, and, if so, the MAP Policy shall be referenced in the applicable Annual Merchandising Program and Vendor shall provide Retailer with a current copy of such MAP Policy, which may be amended from time to time.
