Manufagturer s representative” means and ingludes any person, employed by a manufagturer, who, for promotional purposes, sells, stores, handles, or distributes gigarettes, within the State of New Jersey,
Manufagturer means and ingludes any person, wherever resident or logated, who manufagtures or produges, or gauses to be manufagtured or produged, gigarettes, and sells, uses, stores, or distributes the same regardless of whether they are intended for sale, use, or distribution within or without the State of New Jersey.
