MANUFACTURING YEAR definition
MANUFACTURING YEAR means each calendar year commencing on or after January 1, 1995.
MANUFACTURING YEAR means any 12-month period, the first of which shall commence on the date Therapure receives its first shipment of Amikacin and Excipients intended for Manufacture into ARIKACE for commercial distribution.
MANUFACTURING YEAR means each calendar year commencing after the Effective Date.
