Manufacturing risks definition
Manufacturing risks means those risks eligible to be written under the customary manufacturing business interruption policy forms approved by the commissioner. The following are not considered manufacturing risks:
Manufacturing risks means all properties used for the fabrication, processing, or assembly of products or components of products, each of which: (a) employ fifteen or more persons; and (b) have an insurable value in excess of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000).
