Manufacturing Package definition

Manufacturing Package means all Information and instructions necessary to enable a third party to manufacture the Product if permitted pursuant to this Agreement.
Manufacturing Package means all of the documentation including all Updates thereto necessary for the manufacture of the Products. The Manufacturing Package shall include without limitation the items set forth in Exhibit C-1.
Manufacturing Package means the product and process related information set forth to "Exhibit A".

Examples of Manufacturing Package in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Supplier is unable to supply Buyer’s requirements two (2) or more times during a ninety (90) day period, then Buyer shall have the right to require qualification of a second manufacturer, of Buyer’s choice, to manufacture the Product for Buyer by using the Manufacturing Package.

  • If the "Manufacturing Package" is delivered to any person or entity other than GTECH, GTECH shall have the right to inspect the package to verify the contents of the "Manufacturing Package" and VENDOR's compliance with this Section.

  • VENDOR agrees to update the "Manufacturing Package" as necessary to keep the package current with the latest version of the Products delivered to GTECH under this Agreement.

  • Supplier shall place the Manufacturing Package in escrow pursuant to a mutually agreed upon escrow agreement that enables release of the Manufacturing Package upon written notice of the occurrence of any of the foregoing release conditions.

  • Neither GTECH nor escrow agent will have any right to use the "Manufacturing Package" except as set forth in Section 3 below or as otherwise authorized by VENDOR.

  • VENDOR will pay all costs and expenses of any kind associated with the preparation and maintenance of the "Manufacturing Package", as well as any fees of any person other than GTECH holding the "Manufacturing Package".

  • As a part of the Manufacturing Package, VENDOR also agrees to provide unrestricted access to and joint control of vendor toolings, agency approval files (FCC, UL, CSA, VDE, etc.), a complete description of any special tools, fixtures and test equipment that are required but are not readily available in the marketplace.

  • Intel warrants that upon exercise of the license to the Manufacturing Package or the Design Package, it will have all necessary license rights from TTPCom with respect to TTP Com Software in order to be able to be able to use the TTP Com Software as integrated in or with Products manufactured in accordance with the terms of the manufacturing license in Section 4.1 and the design license in Section 5.1.

  • In support of Novatel Wireless's obligations under this Sect▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall generate and deposit the Manufacturing Package in escrow with the escrow agent identified in Exhibit C-3 pursuant to the terms and conditions of Exhibit C-3.

  • Intel covenants and agrees that it shall not provide such written certification unless an Escrow Event has occurred or Intel has notified Novatel Wireless that Intel is exercising its option to license the Design Package or the Manufacturing Package, as the case may be.


More Definitions of Manufacturing Package

Manufacturing Package the specifics of the SSI application and adaptation of the TPF process, including but not limited to machinery and software and design, to produce the Product.
Manufacturing Package means the manufacturing documentation for the @ROAD Hardware provided by @ROAD to Intel pursuant to Section 2.2 below, as identified in Exhibit A attached hereto, including revisions to other manufacturing documentation ("Engineering Change Order" or "ECO") made by @ROAD.
Manufacturing Package means those documentation, materials, items, Corrections, Enhancements, education, and other know-how relating to the Product that NEI prepares for or delivers to IBM or its assigns or Designees, including but not limited to all things described in Attachment 1.
Manufacturing Package means the materials and information specified in Section C of the Statement of Work.
