Manufacturing Coordinator definition

Manufacturing Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Each Party will be responsible for all of its own costs with respect to its Manufacturing Coordinator.

  • The Contractor will immediately advise the Company's Manufacturing Coordinator at the address set forth in Section 10.1, of all known changes in or to the design, configuration or performance characteristics of the Sensor (regardless of whether such changes affect the Specifications), and of all known changes in or to the materials or manufacturing processes utilized in production.

  • The review is to be conducted by either the department Manufacturing Co-ordinator or Manager.
