Manufacturer Defect definition
Manufacturer Defect means any fault or defect in materials or workmanship that manifests itself during the Warranty Period and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Manufacturer Defect means a defect in manufacture or workmanship resulting in failure: “Part” means the article or thing which is the subject matter of the Contract:
Manufacturer Defect means a defect in the Hardware that is covered by the manufacturer under the Manufacturer’s Warranty; and
