Manufacture Fee definition
Manufacture Fee means the amount charged by Manufacturer to Manufacture a Batch of Product less the cost of raw materials for that Batch of Product, in each case as specified on the relevant SOW.

Shipments under both this Agreement and the Distribution Agreement executed by the parties hereto will be applied toward the Right to Manufacture Fee.
