Manual transfer definition
Manual transfer means a call routing feature which allows the call answerer to transfer an incom- ing call by pressing a single button and dialing either a telephone number or a two-digit speed calling code.

Manual transfer enables the PSAP attendant to transfer an incoming call by depressing the switchhook of the associated telephone or the "add" button on the Display and Transfer Unit and dialing either a 10- digit telephone number, a 7-digit telephone number or a 2-digit speed calling code.
