Compliance by an Investor with its obligations under Section 4.2(b) shall constitute full discharge of such Investor’s obligations to pay to the Company the GS Consideration pursuant to Section 2.1(a) (if such Investor is GS) or the Mandra Consideration pursuant to Section 2.1(b) (if such Investor is Mandra).
