Mandiant will use a combination of internally developed tools and scripts in addition to open source and commercial tools.
Mandiant will perform limited testing against exposed applications, which may include hosted web applications, but they will not be comprehensively assessed for all possible vulnerabilities, focusing instead on critical vulnerabilities.
Mandiant will make note of any changes made to the environment (such as account creation or modification) and inform Customer.
Mandiant will then proceed to identify and validate vulnerable or misconfigured systems, services, and applications.
In accordance with the Merger Agreement, at the Closing, each share of Mandiant common stock that is subject to a repurchase option or other risk of forfeiture and outstanding prior to the Closing (“Mandiant Restricted Stock”) will be cancelled and converted automatically into the right to receive a number of shares of FireEye common stock (“FireEye Restricted Stock”) equal to the Exchange Ratio.

Mandiant agrees to provide services (“Services”) as set forth below.
Customer acknowledges that Mandiant may use other tools, including cloud-based technologies and email monitoring systems, in the course of performing Services, and agrees that Mandiant may use all such tools in its discretion.
If Mandiant determines that the Customer-Owned Technology cannot adequately support the performance of the Services, additional technology stacks may be deployed in the Customer’s environment and, in such case, will be invoiced as set forth in Section 6.
