Mandatory Works definition

Mandatory Works means, works which are listed in the Bill of Quantities and are required to be constructed, installed or erected and commissioned and/or rehabilitated including those during Operation and Maintenance period and in line with the provisions of this Contract unless such works require change of scope or design as agreed, as part of the works;
Mandatory Works means those works which are listed in the Activity Schedule/Bill of Quantities and are required to be constructed, installed or erected as the case may be and commissioned in line with the provisions of this Contract unless such works may require change of scope or design as agreed by the Parties.
Mandatory Works means, collectively, all the services and works described in the Requirement Specifications for Parcel D Property, Parcel E Properties and Parcel F Property provided or to be provided for the properties in Parcels D, E and F respectively. For the avoidance of doubt, references in these Conditions and Requirement Specifications to “Mandatory Works” mean, unless the context otherwise requires, such services and works provided or to be provided for the Properties comprised in all or any of the foregoing Parcels as accepted by the Authority in the Letter of Acceptance, and listed as such in Schedule 1.
