Mandatory Retirement Policy definition
Mandatory Retirement Policy means the retirement policy set forth in Article I, Section 6, of the Corporate Governance Guidelines of the Company, or any successor policy.
Mandatory Retirement Policy means the policy set forth in Article II, Section 1, of the By-laws of the Company, or any successor policy.
