Mandatory Reporting definition

Mandatory Reporting means the legal requirement that certain people are mandated to report suspected allegations of child abuse or neglect to the relevant law enforcement or child protection agency.

Mandatory Reporting means reporting of adverse reactions to a medicine occurring during clinical trials or in the period after obtaining an authorization to place a medicine on the market.
