Mandatory Modifications definition

Mandatory Modifications means, with respect to any Aircraft, Airframe, Engine or Spare Engine, alterations and modifications in and additions to such Aircraft, Airframe, Engine or Spare as may be required to be made from time to time to meet the applicable standards of the FAA or other Aviation Authority having jurisdiction over the operation of such Aircraft, Airframe, Engine or Spare Engine, to the extent made mandatory in respect of such Aircraft, Airframe, Engine or Spare Engine.

  • Following installation of such Mandatory Modifications Vendor shall provide all Maintenance and Support Services for such Mandatory Modifications under the Agreement.

  • On or before the date on which BTE is required to comply with such Mandatory Modifications, Vendor shall provide to BTE all such Mandatory Modifications.

  • On or before the date on which School District is required to comply with such Mandatory Modifications, Vendor shall provide to School District all such Mandatory Modifications.

  • The Operator shall be responsible for ensuring that all applicable Mandatory Modifications are duly carried out to the Units, the Vehicles, Parts, Associated Equipment, Simulators and/or Operator Owned Spares, in accordance with all Applicable Laws and Standards and the Relevant Approvals and within any time limits set out in such Applicable Laws and Standards for the completion of such Mandatory Modifications.

  • No modifications other than Mandatory Modifications under Section 6.3 hereof and Optional Modifications permitted under this Section 6.6 shall be made to any Cars without Lessor's prior written consent.

  • The Borrower will not discriminate against the Aircraft (as compared to other aircraft of similar size, including other regional aircraft, in the Borrower's fleet), in respect of maintenance; PROVIDED that the foregoing non-discrimination provision shall not apply to any Optional Modifications or Mandatory Modifications (as such terms are defined below) not required to be complied with prior to the Loan A Maturity Date.

  • If separately agreed on a case-by-case basis, Buyer shall use reasonable efforts to perform Mandatory Modifications on Ericsson installed Products and on Products in its inventory, at Seller’s cost.

  • Seller shall also perform such Mandatory Modifications (including on parts, and material documentation) on previously delivered Products.

  • The Borrower will not discriminate against any Aircraft (as compared to other aircraft of similar size, including other regional aircraft, in the Borrower's fleet), in respect of maintenance; provided that the foregoing non-discrimination provision shall not apply to any Optional Modifications or Mandatory Modifications (as such terms are defined below) to any Aircraft not required to be complied with prior to the Relevant Loan Maturity Date for the Relevant Loan.

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.

  • Permitted Modifications As defined in Section 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Permit modification means a revision to a Title V operating permit that cannot be accomplished under the provisions for administrative permit amendments found at rule 567—22.111(455B). A permit modification for purposes of the acid rain portion of the permit shall be governed by the regulations pertaining to acid rain found at rules 567—22.120(455B) to 567—22.147(455B). This definition of “permit modification” shall be used solely for purposes of this chapter governing Title V operating permits.

  • Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.

  • Material Modifications means and include any modification to an existing RPTs, in aggregate with a related party, having variance of 25% in value of the transaction already approved by the Audit Committee or Board or Shareholders, as the case may be, or such modification as may be decided by the Audit Committee.
