Mandatory evacuation zone definition

Mandatory evacuation zone means any area where the occupancy and use of buildings and homes is prohibited for public safety purposes in response to a natural or man-made disaster as determined by the Mayor of the City of New York, pursuant to section twenty-four of the New York State Executive Law; and
Mandatory evacuation zone means any area where the occupancy and use of buildings and homes is prohibited for public safety purposes in response to a natural or man-made disaster as determined by the mayor, pursuant to section 24 of the executive law; and
