ARTICLE 121T--EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND DEVELOPMENT (Temporary Employees) Mandated training time is considered work time.

Mandated training and certification shall include local training (which at present is eighty [80] hours).
Mandated training includes basic training and courses required by the City to maintain employment and certification including EMT continuing education.
Mandated training may be scheduled with at least fourteen (14) workdays advance notice.
