Mandated project definition

Mandated project means a public works project that a local government is required by a court order or other governmental mandate to construct as determined by the local government with the approval of the comptroller of the treasury or the comptroller's designee;
Mandated project has the meaning given such term in Section 3.2(b).

Related to Mandated project

  • Approved Project means the project as described in the bound volume entitled ‘Project Description’ initialled by or on behalf of the Minister and the Company for the purpose of identification;

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.
