Managing Lawyer definition

Managing Lawyer means a Lawyer employed specifically as a Managing Lawyer pursuant to the relevant job description form as amended from time to time. Ordinary Rate of Pay means the rate of pay the Employee is entitled to receive in accordance with Schedule 1 “Salary Schedule”.

Managing Lawyer means the manager of a Team to whom a group of Employees report. “Practice Area” includes solicitor services, litigation, child protection, and labour.

Examples of Managing Lawyer in a sentence

  • The grievor, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Managing Lawyer and/or his/her designate shall meet within five (5) working days of receipt of the written grievance and shall attempt to resolve such a grievance.

  • Bereavement and compassionate leaves as described above may be granted to probationary employees at the discretion of the Managing Lawyer or his/her designate, and any such leaves shall be without pay.
